The Amelia Business Association (ABA) invites all local businesses to become members of the association.  Membership in the association offers area businesses the opportunity to network with each other, to promote their business to the community, and to be a positive ingredient in the future growth of Amelia and the surrounding community.
 
Your membership includes a listing in the Amelia Business Directory published each year which includes your business name, location, and contact information.  This directory is available to all residents of the community, in addition membership includes a listing on this web site providing an online presents for your business. 
 
Association meetings are held at Abbott's Family Restaurant on the second Thursday of each month giving each business an opportunity to enjoy breakfast and network with fellow business owners.
 
To become an ABA member, please join us at our monthly meeting (free breakfast to first time guest) get to know current active members.  You will only need to fill out a short application and pay a nominal fee of $50 for your annual membership.

Since 1992, the Amelia Business Association has worked in a number of ways to support education, promote the community to new businesses, and participate in projects that benefit the entire surrounding community.  This has included:

  • Donation of bicycles to the Amelia Police Department for a bicycle patrol unit.
  • Sponsorship of a golf outing to fund an annual educational scholarship for Amelia High School Seniors.
  • Participation in the annual Amelia Christmas Parade.
  • Sponsorship of an annual Amelia in Bloom beautification award.
